Fresco Fresco (literally, ‘fresh fresh’) is how chef-patron Giovanni Iozzi describes the food at this traditional Italian restaurant in Lancashire. It’s situated right in the heart of the pretty and historic Lancashire village of Croston. The cuisine is traditional Italian restaurant with a southern influence.
